When Michele is not teaching high school English and history, she enjoys working with the Source Yoga community. She began practicing in 1998 and teaching yoga classes in 2002 after numerous trainings, as well as opportunities to work with Aadil Palkhivala, John Schumacher and Cyndi Lee. Her personal practice and training have given her the opportunity to develop a flowing style of yoga with attention to safe alignment. Striving to allow the breath to guide movement throughout the practice, she also encourages each individual to find their inner voice to shape a practice that will build strength, increase flexibility and deepen the connection between mind and body.

Michele believes that by cultivating a mindful, yet joyful practice on the mat, we can find happiness and equanimity in every aspect of our daily lives.
