Intro to Yoga Fundamentals: Tuesday Series: (Series 1: 1/5-2/9; Series 2: 2/16-3/23; Series 3: 3/30-5/4) This 6 week program is designed to teach the fundamentals of yoga postures, breathing and mindfulness to students brand new to yoga. This class provides a solid foundation for our Basic Flow and Mixed Level classes. Our Intro Series sells out so pre-register to ensure your spot. Intro to Yoga Fundamentals: Thursday Series: (Series 1: 1/7-2/11; Series 2: 2/18-3/6; Series 3: 4/1-5/6) See above for class description.
Basic Flow:This is a class for people with some background in yoga. There will be strength building poses and a slow flowing sequence of postures that builds on the Intro level classes.
Mixed Levels: In this class there will be multiple variations offered for varying levels of students.
Intermediate Flow:This class emphasizes a dynamic, flowing sequence of poses, strength building and inversions. It is strongly recommended that you are comfortable in the Basic Flow class or have practiced yoga for at least 3 months to attend.
Relax and Restore: This is a slow paced class which emphasizes slowing down, relaxation, and meditation. Appropriate for beginners, people seeking to relax, or just looking for a gentler practice.
Prenatal: This is a class for all moms-to-be. There will be gentle variations on traditional yoga postures that specifically benefit the needs of pregnant women. No experience necessary. For detailed information <click here>.
Mom and Baby Postnatal Yoga: New Moms come back into their bodies with gentle strength building, stretching, and have bonding time with the little one. This class is the perfect place to begin your yoga practice after giving birth. Crawlers and babies up to one year are welcome. For detailed information <click here>.

Movie Night—Join us for our first Fridays movie night for yoga and other spiritually themed films, shown right here in the yoga studio. Bring your own treats and enjoy the company of your fellow yogis for this fun monthly event! (1st Friday of each month · 7-9 pm — Feb. 5, March 5, April 12)
Kirtan—Simple, repetitive songs and chants that
carry us to a place of quiet stillness. (2nd Friday of each

Yoga Nidra—a deep, guided relaxation meditation
that induces full body relaxation and a deep,
meditative state of consciousness. (3rd Friday each

Yoga Dance—Through your body, breath, and
heart, feel your inner juices rise, pulse and flow,
and then quiet, deepen and expand. (4th Friday

Private Sessions/Group Rates:
Come and enjoy a class with your family and/or friends in our beautiful
studio! We offer private and group sessions. The studio is available
for bridal showers and yoga birthday parties. Policy: Please schedule your private session/s by calling the studio or e-mailing us. Must pay in advance, non-refundable if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Studio Policy at SourceYoga
Cancellations/Make-ups:
Source Yoga reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Registrants will be notified by phone 24 hours to the event. Full refunds will be issued by check or by credit card.
There are no make-ups for classes missed in a workshop or series. Missed classes do not carry over to the next session.
Class card/ Membership Policy:
- Class cards are valid for a limited period of time. Your expiration date will be given to you when you are issued your card/membership. You are responsible for knowing your expiration date.
- Classes that are not used by the expiration date are forfeited.
- Class cards are non-transferable
- Class cards have no cash value
- All fees once paid are non-refundable
- Cards & memberships activate upon first visit not purchase date
- We do not allow pro-rates for series classes
